1.1 Introduction

If evidence is found that a minor has used an account, that account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The payment methods currently supported at acr444 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Secure and fast transactions can be completed through these methods.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• When depositing, you must use an account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party wallet or bank account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal time: 10 to 45 minutes.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives a ৳8,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

• The deadline to complete wagering is specified in each promotion.
• If the requirements are not met within the time limit, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• Some games may count toward bonus wagering at a different contribution rate.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each member may use each promotion only once.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
• acr444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be directly transferred to anyone else.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

The following rules apply to betting and gaming on acr444:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet accepted incorrectly due to a technical error will be considered void.
• Cricket and football betting includes various international competitions such as BPL, IPL, T20, and FIFA.
• If a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the platform's policy will apply to the relevant bets.

6.2 Determining Results

The results of all games and events are determined through automated systems and recognised data sources. In the event of any dispute regarding a result, the platform's decision will be considered final. We use verified software and fair play technology to ensure the integrity of games.

7.1 What Is Not Allowed

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Operating multiple accounts or providing false information in order to obtain bonuses.
• Playing games using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.

• Voluntary Break: Temporarily suspend the account for a set period.

9.1 Closure by Member

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To make a request, contact our support team. If there is a balance in the account before closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw it; however, any active bonuses will be cancelled.

9.2 Closure by Platform

acr444 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Non-cooperation with the KYC verification process or provision of false information.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more since the last login).
• For technical or security-related reasons.
• Due to a government or legal directive.
