acr444 Responsible Gaming —
Safe and Healthy Entertainment

acr444 believes that healthy entertainment is the best entertainment. Our responsible gaming tools and policies help you stay in control and ensure an enjoyable experience.

Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?

Online casino and betting can be an entertaining experience — but only when enjoyed within limits and with a plan. At acr444, responsible gaming is not just a policy; it is the core foundation of our platform. We want every one of our users to play safely, consciously, and with enjoyment.

Gambling or betting can become harmful when it is seen as a regular source of income or used as a way to escape financial pressure. That is why acr444 always reminds you: betting is entertainment, not an alternative to income.

Important Warning: Online betting and casino games are for people aged 21 and above only. Verify your age and keep minors away from this platform.

acr444 provides effective tools for players in Bangladesh such as self-exclusion, deposit limits, and time-out — all of which can be activated directly from your account.

Our Protection Tools

Keep yourself protected — these acr444 tools keep your experience safe and healthy.

Deposit Limit

Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once set, lowering the limit takes effect immediately; raising it is subject to a waiting period.

Time-Out Break

Want to take a break for a few days? The time-out feature lets you temporarily disable your account for anywhere from 1 day to 6 weeks. When the break ends, your account is restored automatically.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to stay away from betting for a longer period, use self-exclusion. Once this is activated, you will not be able to access your account before the set period ends, and you will not receive any promotional messages.

Age Verification

To open an account at acr444, you must be 21 years of age or older. Identity verification is mandatory at registration and documents are reviewed before your account is activated.

Session Reminder

If you have been playing for a long time, acr444 reminds you to take regular breaks. You can see how long you have been playing in the current session and your total profit or loss directly on screen.

24/7 Support

If you feel any concern or problem related to betting, contact our Bangla-language support team via live chat 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are ready to help with full confidentiality.

21+

acr444 is for adults aged 21 and above only.

Use parental controls on your computer or device to prevent minors from gaining access.

21+ Age Limit and Minor Protection

In accordance with Bangladeshi law and our own policies, acr444 strictly does not allow anyone under the age of 21 to open an account or play games. We verify the age and identity of every user at the time of registration.

If there are underage members in your household, please make sure they cannot access your device or account. Keep passwords and parental controls enabled on your device.

  • Age verification is mandatory at registration
  • Suspicious accounts are investigated and closed if necessary
  • Reports of underage users are acted on immediately
  • Using password protection on your device is recommended

Signs of Problematic Betting

When betting shifts from enjoyment to compulsion, certain warning signs appear. If you notice any of the signs below in yourself or someone you know, please seek help.

Financial Signs

  • Repeatedly betting to try to recover lost money
  • Failing to pay bills or debts
  • Borrowing money from family or friends to play
  • Spending savings or emergency funds

Behavioral Signs

  • Being unable to stop playing
  • Hiding the amount you are betting
  • Neglecting family and work
  • Feeling restless or anxious when unable to play

If you notice any of the signs above in yourself, contact acr444 live chat support without delay or activate self-exclusion on your account.

How Do Deposit Limits and Self-Exclusion Work?

Set a Deposit Limit

After logging into your acr444 account, go to the "Account Settings" section to set the maximum amount you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately. A review waiting period applies if you want to raise the limit, which protects you from impulsive decisions.

Time-Out Break

If you want to pause playing for a while, use the time-out feature. Choose any one period: 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 weeks. During this time your account will be temporarily inactive and will reactivate automatically when the period ends.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to take a long-term break, self-exclusion is the most effective step. Once activated, you will not be able to access your account before the set period ends. Any attempt to open a new account will also be detected by our system. While self-exclusion is active, you will not receive any promotional emails either.

Contact our 24/7 live chat support at any time to activate these tools. You can also write to us at [email protected].

A time-out is a temporary break — from 1 day up to 6 weeks, after which your account is reactivated automatically. Self-exclusion is a stronger step — it is for a longer period and cannot easily be reversed before the set time is up. If you are seriously concerned, choose self-exclusion.

During registration you are required to upload your national identity card or passport. Our verification team reviews the documents and activates the account. No one under 21 can register. If any information does not match, the account is placed on temporary hold.
